Bill Baue is Executive Director of Sea Change Media, and Executive Producer/Host of Sea Change Radio. Bill has been covering sustainability for over a decade in print, on the web and radio, and in the classroom.
Bill designed and teaches the Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation course in the Marlboro MBA for Managing in Sustainability.
Bill is also a research fellow for the Corporate Social Responsibility Initiativeat the Harvard-Kennedy School examining the intersection of Web 2.0 and corporate social responsibility/accountability with a joint researchers Marcy Murninghan and Bob Massie.
Bill is Co-Producer/Host of Arc of Change: The ICCR Story, a year-long series of monthly podcasts documenting the history of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility leading up to its 40th anniversary in 2011. He produced and moderated the Future Scenarios: Energy & Economy panel in September 2009 for Audubon, featuring Shell Americas Vice President of Safety, Environment, and Sustainable Development Libby Cheney discussing the company’s Energy Scenarios to 2050 report, Trucost Vice President Cary Krosinsky discussing , and Post Carbon Institute Fellow Chris Martensondiscussing the 3 Es (energy, economy, and environment) concept from hisCrash Course video series.

- United Nations Conference on Trade and Development: authored 2008 Review of the Reporting Status of Corporate Responsibility Indicators(October 2008) and 2008 Review of the Implementation Status of Corporate Governance Disclosures (October 2008)

From 2004 through 2006, Baue served on the board of directors of Valley Free Radio (WXOJ-LP 103.3 FM), helping steer the station through its launch and hosting of the 2005 Grassroots Radio Conference. From 1998 to 2003, Baue served as a DJ and Music Director at radio free brattleboro, an unlicensed station that challenged the FCC for failing to license low-power community stations (from 1978 through 2001) in a federal case that was ultimately settled out of court. He produced radio free: live in-studio performances from radio free brattleboro featuring Little Feat, Greg Brown, California Guitar Trio, and The Mammals.
Baue won the 2008 Ron Hering Mission of Service Award from the New England Community of the ManKind Project.
