Connect the Dots - 12/03/11

Eat healthy food, get exercise, manage stress. How often have you heard that? Well, you’ve heard it from me for over twenty-five years. I’m Huffington Post green and health journalist, and Connect the Dots host Alison Rose Levy. And that’s how long I’ve reported the best health news and advice. But it’s no longer enough to tell you to do this or that to take care of your health.
