David Kennedy is director of the Center for Crime Prevention and Control, a professor of criminal justice at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and co-chair of the National Network for Safe Communities. His crime-fighting strategies have been refined and deployed in over seventy cities. Kennedy's work has received two Webber Seavey awards from the International Association of Chiefs of Police, two Innovations in American Government awards from the Kennedy School of Government, a Herman Goldstein Award for Excellencer in Problem-Oriented
Policing, and the Hatfield Scholar Award for scholarship in the public interest.

John B. Alexander a Senior Fellow at the Joint Special Operations University. Dr. Alexander has addressed issues of serious concern regarding national and international security. A member of the first Council on Foreign Relations non-lethal warfare study, he was instrumental in influencing the Department of Defense to create a formal Non-Lethal Weapons Policy in July 1996.

While in the military he formed an ad hoc interagency group to study aerial phenomena (UFOs). Until recently he worked part-time for the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), a private research organization dedicated to exploring the UFO topic.
