Mysterious loss: Honey Bees have been dying off in large numbers for four years now, and scientists still do not know why. What has happened to our ecosystem? Two films in theaters now about the disappearing bees were produced to bring light to the colony collapse issue, indicating cause for alarm. Perhaps, it's the pesticides and poisons or GMOs, Genetically Modified Organisms (Monsanto) and (Syngenta) that are the cause. The jury is still out. The mystery unsolved. Our two guests, involved with a local honey bee organization, will help us to understand the significance for the planet, the foods we eat and the impact on the health of Mother Natureof which we are a part.
