Her writings have appeared in Harper’s Magazine, Le Monde Diplomatique, Yale Journal of Development and Human Rights Law, and The Nation. She is currently completing a book on the Iraq sanctions for Harvard University Press. She holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Yale University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law."
