Host Ellen Kamhi, PhD RN, www.naturalnurse.com interviews Frédérique Keller. Frederique is a licensed acupuncturist, medical herbalist & classical homeopath in private practice in Huntington, York. She has been a hobby beekeeper for 21 years and is the creator/owner of BeePharm, Apitherapy Rx for Health, original formulations made from products of the beehive. She is the current President of the American Apitherapy Society, Inc., a scientific non-profit organization dedicated to the education and research of apitherapy, and is on the teaching faculty. Frédérique is an international speaker on apitherapy having presented papers in France, Greece, and most recently Slovenia at Apimedica, the world apitherapy conference. She has 25+ years experience in the integrative & holistic health field and dedicates her time to helping people choose better health choices as they make the connection between their food & medicine while understanding the importance of maintaining a sustainable relationship with the environment.
