On today's radio show, Mitchell interviews psychiatrist, author and teacher, Dr. Gerald Epstein, most recently the author of Kabbalah for Inner Peace
, Imagery and Insights to Guide You through Your Day. Jerry is world-renowned for his books on the use of mental imagery for healing going back to the release of his first book, published in in 1989, Healing Visualizations, and is still in print. Nightingale-Conant has also produced a CD set of Dr. Epstein's called Emotional Healing. We will explore the subjects of spiritual traditions, particularly that of Kabbalah, relative to healing and creating a better world.
