Today’s show will be a Mindfulness Roundtable with the backdrop of the profound psychological and spiritual teachings of the extraordinary writer, and in his own words, Teacher of Dance, G.I.Gurdjieff. One of the teachers at the Gurdjieff Foundation, and author of The Forgotten Language of Children, Lillian Firestonewill be Mitchell’s guest.  Lillian is a long-time writer, educator, traveler and student of “The Work”, of Gurdjieff.

The second member of the Roundtable is the Executive Editor of Parabola Magazine,Tracy Cochran. Tracy’s articles & reviews have appeared in The New York Times, theBoston Globe, the Boston Review, O: The Oprah Magazine, New York Magazine, Publishers Weekly, Tricycle, Psychology Today &is the co-author of the bookTransformations. Both guests today have been long-standing students of Gurdjieff and the wisdom traditions East and West.
