The first half of today's show will continue the theme of the FDA's current effort to subvert standing legislation which protects our access to nutritional supplements. To stop this madness, we need an enormous public outcry immediately, or forever hold our peace. In this light, a member of the Alliance for Natural Health will be joining Mitchell on the air to discuss this & to give you a clear Call to Action.

The second part of today's show, long-time colleague & friend, the Founder & Board Chair of We, The World, Rick Ulfik, will be speaking about11 Days of Global Unity, which we're in the middle of right now, with events occurring all over NYC and globally. Rick is also a Principal Coordinator of the WE Campaign and Co-Founder and Principal Organizer of 11 Days of Global Unity Sept. 11-21, an annual convergence of more than 700 associated events in over 60 countries around the world launched by We, The World in 2004.

 

Rick also co-produces Visual Voices a TV Series Co-Sponsored by We, The World which was originally featured on the Dish Network and available in 15 million homes. Rick organizes and promotes scores of events and other better world activities, large and small, every year. He is also an award-winning composer, musician (keyboards), songwriter and sound design specialist who, over the last 30 years, has written, produced, arranged and/or performed music for ABC TV, NBC TV and CBS TV, the Olympics, feature films, & major recording artists including Queen Latifah, Phoebe Snow, Carlos Santana, Judy Collins & Bernadette Peters.
