Tibor Nemes is a life long athlete, grew up competing in downhill skiing, sailing, windsurfing, soccer, basketball and just about anything he had the opportunity to get involed in. As a former member of the Hungarian National Ski Team and currently an Ironman competitor, Tibor knows what it takes to overcome mental and physical challenges to optimize performance and balance everyday life priorities. He recently left a fifteen year career on Wall Street during which he had been an increasingly successful triathlete over the years.Tibor now works as a USAT certified triathlon coach at Formula Tri Club in NYC and is a founder and director of Trioptimal LLC sports management company to fulfill his dream of working and playing with like-minded people who desire a challenging, healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Chris Johnson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, where he earned a bachelor of science with distinction while completing a senior thesis in physical therapy. Chris a recipient of the Lee J Hyncik award for excellence in athletics and academics. He remained at the University of Delaware to earn a degree in physical therapy while completing an orthopedic/sports graduate fellowship. Chris recently co-found The PT Project continuing education series in conjunction with Luke Bongiorno and opened a private physical therapy clinic in the West Village of Manhattan. Chris is also a competitive triathlete and recently qualified for the Half Ironman World Championships in Clearwater, FL. He has completed triathlons at all distances and is preparing to qualify for the Hawaii Ironman World Championships. Chris is also a certified triathlon coach, which compliments his work as a physical therapist, especially when providing care for individuals who participate in endurance-based sports.
