Hi, all good and dandy with the new laws to prosecute companies that layoff american workers to hire H1-Bs...but no company will do a layoff, they fire one american employee one month, another the next month and so forth, so they don't perform a "layoff" therefore they will not be prosecuted. The law has loopholes, as usual, so corporate continues firing america workers and hiring cheap foreign labor in OUR SOIL!!!
