14 months after the Big Branch coal mine explosion that took 29 lives an activists group has filed a complaint with the Delaware Attorney General's office to stop Massey from continuing to do business under a new name. We'll dig deeper for the dirt on that story with Sandra Diaz, Development Director for Appalachian Voices' and also get an update on the state of mountaintop mining. From the mountains to the shining sea...today is World Oceans Day and we'll celebrate by learning what we land lubbers can do to help improve the state of our oceans. Ken Peterson, communications director for the Monterey Bay Aquarium, will give us the lowdown on farmed fish, plastic pollution, dead zones, threats from climate change AND what we can do to turn the tide!
