Private First Class Bradley Manning, a 22 year old, intelligence analyst charged with releasing classified video of American troops shooting Iraqi civilians from an Apache helicopter. Now it is likely he will be charged with a second crime, releasing 90,000 classified documents about the war in Afghanistan.
