@ circa 20-25 mins:
A vegan and that started bodybuilding asks if hemp protein is good.
Gary responds: Hemp as a protein is only fair, much better is non-gmo(not genetically modified) soy protein combined with non-gmo rice protein. Now if you take that with ribose and carnitine as as an additive for super boosting mitochondria you will get a much better workout. You take it 20 min. before and 20 min. after a workout. That way you will start to see you build muscle mass. 500-1000 mg of Coenzyme Q10 and 100 mg of NADH, also helps. 2000 mg of Quercetin is also phenomenally important to take before a workout, it traps alot of the free radicals released during the exercise, which means you will have a more complete recovery. Hydration also with apple, celery, grapefruit or cucumber juice will also be beneficial because of the massive amounts of electrolytes you are getting.

@ circa 34 mins
Gary was asked about solar attic fans.
He responded: This is a fan that goes inside the middle of the roof and vents out. One single solar panel acts as the conductor and storage of the energy. It is around $700 but they are gonna go down to $500. That will cool down easily 1500 square feet. So if you have a bigger house, you get two fans. That will bring about 50-60 degrees of temperature down during the daytime, meaning your living space is much cooler.
