Racism and prejudice on steroids, that’s a fact of life in LA and practically no one does a thing about it. You mentioned that only 1% of Argentines which is blatantly wrong. The vast majority of Argentines and Uruguayans are of European descent. There's a very small minority of Native Americans in Argentina and none in Uruguay. You need to inform yourself better about demographics which vary greatly by country.
