Well golly gee. I've been System D all my life, except for the military. Sometimes for wages, but mostly for myself, and mostly in the cracks. I thought it was legal and payed my taxes. But more and more licenses became required and enforcement tighter. I just made other arrangements. Sometimes I worked with a farmer for wages, and sometimes with a contractor, and some side jobs for friends. There are a lot of people doing it, especially in areas where employment has been high for quite awhile.

My basic problem with self employment was that I had a lousy boss.

I found the guest quite patronising and superior, the way he kept saying "look"....but a very interesting subject, and I'll look into it more. I've always thought people would find their own way, if Governments got out of the way.

Susan: You need to know that the entity calling itself "David Foster" is The Lifeboat Hour commentary area's version of Andrew Breitbart. He's got a loooong track record proving what kind of a parasitic bottom-feeder he actually is. He will stop at nothing to keep himself from foisting his own crazy notions on others and abuse them verbally, emotionally and probably in any other way he possibly can; in reality he's just another powerless white male and there are thousands upon thousands, if not millions, just like him, but with even less consciousness, so they do less harm outwardly but do comprise the deadweight of society. He has a coldness and unfeeling nature that NOTHING is going to change and will quickly post here again to take a bow, as he is also a sociopathic personality, if not an outright psychopath, and since this is what he's really gotten good at in this lifetime and probably every other previous lifetime, he takes great pride in his own pathology, like every master high school bully you've noticed. He probably got kicked out of collapsenet and so just finds it most easy to stay in the mud here, like some kind of poisonous fish, ready to strike whoever he thinks is getting in His Way while claiming that YOU are imposing YOUR Will unfairly on the world. He is a master at projection, turning and twisting everything and anything completely backwards, inside out and upside down in such a contrary, convoluted way, not unlike the Neocons' ability to manipulate money and economy, that, unless you don't take dispassionate notice of his obvious pathology and get rattled by his sick brand of "Crazy," you'll think he's "right..."

What a heartless, brainless clueless walking crock of bullshit he really is. No one half-way sane here is talking to him anymore-- tells you something, doesn't it?

I must say, I had absolutely no idea who Andrew Breitbart was until just a few minutes ago. And while I probably don't agree with his politics, I am quite flattered that you would place me on the same level. Pretty good for a guy from the wrong side of the tracks, if I do say so myself. :-)
