Host Ellen Kamhi PhD RN, www.naturalnurse.com , interviews Colleen Callan: Freelance Producer/Investigative Reporter. Colleen has been an award winning freelance reporter and independent producer for over twenty years.

She won the Edward R. Murrow Award for Investigative Journalism; the Cine-Golden Eagle, The Morganson Prize for Investigative Journalism, The National Headliners Award, The Clarion Award and several others for a story she helped produce for 20/20. While other journalists must walk away from important stories because of politics and or advertising issues, Colleen remains independent, and delves deeply into politically unpopular topics. Every story Colleen writes is extensively researched with documentation to back it up. Today, Colleen discusses the release of deadly Beryllium, government programs that have been set up for people exposed to it, and the continuing contamination of the environment with this deadly toxin, by burning it in local incinerators in New York, Long Island and across the country.
