Four low-ranking soldiers and lawyer Paul Bergrin were spuriously charged, not the commander, Colonel Michael Steele, and responsible top US officials.

Fran Hunsaker's son William was one of the four, now serving an 18-year prison sentence his lawyers are appealing for clemency.
