Stjepan Mestrovic is a Professor of Sociology at Texas A&M University and author of "The Good Soldier on Trial: A Sociological Study of Misconduct by the US Military Pertaining to Operation Iron Triangle, Iraq." It deals with the unjust conviction of Pfc. Corey Clagett for killing two unarmed Iraqis and trying to kill a third.

Attorney Paul Bergrin was involved. He won the right to have commanding officer, Col. Michael Steele, testify, then was arrested before trial to prevent it because his evidence could have embarrassed and incriminated top officials in the Pentagon, Defense Department, and White House.

As a result, Bergrin was targeted, indicted on bogus charges, including orchestrating a murder, and now faces potential life in prison or the death penalty.

The latest on his case and two others will be discussed at a time freedom and justice in America are endangered species.
