For over 16 years David Gann and Dr. Shui-yin Lo have studied a hitherto unknown form of water that is a solid but is not ice. Mr. Gann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from UCM with post-graduate work in Physics.  His scientific and engineering experience covers three decades as an integral member of numerous scientific teams.  He has organized educational symposiums on global climate change and nuclear waste cleanup in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Energy and Los Alamos National Laboratories and developed cutting-edge technologies, notably the first ultra-high-density magnetic recording medium for Zwan Magnetics (early 1980’s).
