Dr. Jane Orient is a spokeperson for the American Physicians and Surgeons a group which has been in existence since 1943.

Discusses Health Care reform.  The group TakeBackMedicine.com has filed suite against Obamacare.  The suit challenges the mandatory insurance provision which will punish those who don't buy insurance.  This is against the 5th Amendment of the US Constitution.  If Congress can mandate tha people buy health insurance then Congress can compel people to do anything.
