BOB BROWN is the author of NO MORE EXCUSES: The Procrastinator’s Guide to Maximum Fitness (Barringer Publishing, 2011) for all ages and levels. Bob has 40 years of experience in the area of fitness and is still in phenomenal shape. Bob played all Little League sports, high school football and threw the discus, making both the All-City and All-County lists. In college, he studied nutrition, photography and film. Bob became a serious competitive bodybuilder and learned what works best to obtain “Maximum Fitness.” In addition to writing books, Bob was a Traffic Homicide Investigator for eleven years and performs character voice-overs and stand-up comedy.
