Chef Salomon Montezinos is the author of a new cookbook, "Discovering Raw Alkaline Cuisine, through Love, Passion and Health...One Chef's Journey." Chef Sal began his cooking expertise at Switzerland’s St. Moritz Palace Restaurant, Lausanne’s Beau Rivage, Bern’s Palace Hotel and Hotel Gutch in Lucerne and opened four major restaurants in the US - Angelique in Boca Raton, Montezinos in Palm Beach, Montezinos in Orlando and Deja-Vu in Philadelphia.
