The best thing about the recent cave-in chez Murdoch is the cancellation of his bid to control the the largest Satellite TV network in Britain.
All over the world, and, particularly, here in the USA, more and more radio and TV stations (and Newspapers) are owned by a decreasing number of huge, conservative corporations. Nothing is a great threat to free speech, and thus Democracy.
Do we want "One Nation Under Murdoch" or a genuinely free media?
