The Death Ceiling

If we realistically taxed the rich, stopped killing people overseas, and had Medicare-for-All like other civilized countries, we could probably afford all the health care support that Medicare and Social Security (pitiful as that is) provide.

But still there remains a question...  Should our lives be preserved to the very last breath, no matter how non-functional our brains and bodies become? And should the rest of the country be required to pay for it? Some questions asked...
